Yesterday was Thanksgiving. In addition to failing to update the blog (other than Throwback Thursday), I managed to gorge myself on excellent food and watched some football. We played various board games and otherwise just enjoyed the day off of work. It was also a day to give thanks.

In that spirit (the thankfulness, not the football watching, though I am thankful for that as well), a few things Choppy is thankful for:

Izzy – It’s always good to have a friend. Especially one who has an uneasy stomach and therefore doesn’t get many of the Thanksgiving leftovers.

Plenty to Eat – Lots of dogs don’t have anything to eat. Choppy has more than enough. Because it’s not like any dog actually needs ice cream. Despite what Choppy may think.

A Warm Place to Sleep – Even if she would rather not sleep on her own bed, Choppy always has a roof over her head and a warm place to sleep.
