Today’s Dog Blog Challenge is to post an old picture of Choppy.

Obviously, this is not a post that is terribly challenging to me (and I am thankful that it falls on a Friday). That said, I wanted to do something that you might not otherwise see here or on Facebook.

And so, without further ado, the first picture I ever saw of Choppy – the one that was posted on the humane society’s website almost six years ago, before I took my post-Mardi Gras trip to the shelter and took this puppy home:
