Last year, I used Elephant for the letter “E” part of the A to Z Challenge. It turns out, after elephant, it’s hard to come up with a good one (*begins dreading next year*). But come up with an idea, I did. And it even features Schooner (Choppy likely would suggest that he shouldn’t get used to her spotlight).

Previous Entries in the 2016 A to Z Challenge
A is for Alien
B is for Boat (and Shark)
C is for Chicken
D is for Darth Vader (and the Emperor)
Come to think of it, I can’t think of any other word too. This one is good though😅
Cheers

Next year, they’re going to end up as eggplants or something similar. I’m going to have to start brainstorming immediately!

Ecclesiastic?
This was superb, though.

Hmm…could I do a priest and nun for this?

They just keep getting better! Love the Egg portrayer – even if he does fidget. 🙂
Some ‘E’s – Emu (feather duster), – Email (printouts) – Echidna (spikes – tricky!!)

Emu! Yes! And Email could work. Much better than my eggplant idea.

haha Eggplant – nice one 🙂

Delightful. Although your egg needs to work on modeling skills. But I’m sure that’ll come along in time.

He is horrible at modeling. I am hoping he starts getting better, but as he is a cat, he seems unable to be taught.

After my 2:00 am battle with leaves clogging up my ditches, gophers causing geysers where I don’t want water, and trying to get La Llorona, Chupacabra, coyotes and the skunks to help, I got a nice hardy breakfast burrito with eggs, bacon and red and green chile on my way to work. Do you have a big bun to make Choppy a bacon wrapped hot dog?

I have a hot dog somewhere for her to wear – it seems like she could be someone’s breakfast – or at least, I could take her out to the ball game!

Too cute. How long did it take to get them both to look at you at the same time?

Surprisingly, it wasn’t that long this morning. I think the treat I was holding helped matters greatly.

Probably didn’t hurt.

This is soooo entertaining! I can imagine it is tough to get full cooperation from Schooner, though Choppy is an old hand at this. Thanks for the laughs. 😀

Choppy just sits there looking annoyed at the cat, who is really just preventing her from getting a treat as quickly as she would like (and to get out of the clothing).

Oh how cute! What about an elf? Or Elvis? For next year …

YES! I even have multiple elf costumes already. And Elvis would be amazing.

I’m happy to start saying eggs and BACON but the BACON must always be capitalised lol

That works (and I had to put eggs first to make the challenge work, even though we all know which is the tastier and better of the two).

It’s actually cloth. I think it’s an actual picture of bacon, maybe enhanced a little. I got it off of Amazon about a year and a half ago.

Love that he decided to eat the egg when done. They both look adorable even if one is a little less willing to hold the pose!

Thanks! I ended up having to throw out the egg after Schooner was done with it.

I thank Choppy had enough of the cat looking at the last picture. 🙂

I think she has had enough of the cat at pretty much all times of the day – not just dress up!

I normally dislike cats very much, but I feel bad for this guy, he always seems comparatively unloved.

He has Paul. Paul loves him. I think that’s enough (I shall make no comment about who just had him on her lap while answering comments and looking at blogs).

Ha ha ha! Sarah, this was a great use of the talent in your house which was also amusing. The egg was a good way to use the letter “E.” The animals used Energy and the readers were Enthusiastic! 😉

Attacks from that particular egg are always a worry for that particular piece of bacon in these parts!
