A few months ago, Anabel at The Glasgow Gallivanter had several posts on her trip to Denver. I was fascinated by one piece of art she showed off in this post in particular – a giant, blue bear statue called I See What You Mean.

Despite my fascination with this piece, when Paul and I went to Colorado, I didn’t make plans to see it. And then, when I woke up for my walk the first morning, I stepped outside our hotel, to find out we were staying across the street from the piece I had so admired! It was a fantastic coincidence and one I captured in a picture that is taken from a remarkably similar angle to the one in Anabel’s post.
