I am far behind on Elf on the Shelf – I will have a couple extra posts over the next few days so you can see what the Elf was up to over the weekend. In the meantime, here is what he was up to this morning.

I should have! Unfortunately, I wasn’t exactly the best at posting over the holidays. Should the elf reappear next year with similar sentiments, I will make sure to post about it early and often.

The cat is slowly clawing its way back to freedom through his intestines. When he doubles over, screaming in pain, and stuffing starts shooting out from his belly, he’ll realize the dog would’ve been a better choice.

I don’t know – I think the dog would have put up more of an initial fight. Perhaps the Elf should just stop attempting to eat our pets…

Choppy can hold her own against the Elf (though he probably does best her in intelligence sometimes).
