As promised to many of you (and because it was nearly impossible), here’s the location of the turkey from the picture in last week’s Week in Review post.

I liked how you got out in nature and saw a turkey, Sarah. Those guys were nice including you in their camouflaged “man cave!” 🙂

The turkeys are all over around here – there was a particularly nasty one in the neighborhood I grew up in who figured out the kids carried lunches with tasty snacks for him, and would attack them for their lunches. I’m guessing that particular turkey eventually became a snack for someone else!

Oops, Sarah. I thought you had been in a different situation when you posted yhis. I apologize but someone recently was allowed to check out a duck or turkey “blind.” I checked bak on your posts and don’t know WHO it was but definitely not you. If you like, you may delete all of this or just ignore my forgetfulness. 🙂 I will be 60 in less than a month so may happen again. . .Sarah, give Choppy a pat on his head or pet him between his ears for me. ♡

I figured it was something like this! I was actually in my car in that picture – pulling into my parents’ house.
And I’ll definitely give Choppy a pat for you!

That’s a smart move – though I’m pretty sure she won’t escape a turkey costume of some sort!

Ah, the elusive Wild Turkey at last! Yep, I think you should do a Find Choppy photos, although the soft toys one was a version of that 🙂

It really was – and also, right now there is a Where’s Choppy post! It’s a lot easier than the turkey.

You really have to hunt for your own turkey? Exciting!! Hmm..in my little red dot, our butterball turkeys come shrink wrapped and naked in the freezer. Ha ha!
