I am absolutely loving Choppy. I have no idea how you got Choppy to pose so well. What a jewel of a dog, so patient. I got a good laugh out of this. You and Choppy made my day. Love it!

This was actually one of the more difficult things I have had her do – she doesn’t really like to stand up on her back legs. I *may* have bribed her by putting hot dogs on the grill so she had to stand up to get them!

Very cute, but I would suspect that family and guests would not get anything! I well remember buying a sausage on a bun from our local butcher’s sidewalk BBQ, and also well remember Ray’s maniacal focus on it as we walked home!

Yeah, she is probably not the one you want in charge of grilling (if you want to eat, at least)!

Of course, it’s more likely that someone other than the cook gets to eat if you grill. Choppy is not one for sharing!

She’ll probably eat any hot dog she is put in charge of!
And this picture was not easy to get – Choppy does not like to stand on her back legs for pics (though she does like to stand on them for hugs, now that I think about it). So much hot dog bribery was involved to get this (as you can see from the half empty hot dog wrapper).
