Mary and I have just been talking of BBQ and taken the pork chops out of the freezer. This evening I’ll put them in a brine [for 3 to 4 days] and then smoke them!
Would you like a dinner guest? 😋😋. I think it’s totally OK to invite yourself, I’ll wear a 😷 poke a hole in it, so I can drink 🍷🍻 thru a straw & make sure I sit far enough away from you. I’ll make potato salad.
