Again, my daughter & spouse had one of 4 piggies raised at a friend’s…brought them to market last week, picked them up on Saturday, one was ‘theirs’, they cut up and vacuum wrapped the parts…pork for a year! Butts and all.

I’m a big fan of our National Porks.
Jowlystone is one of my favorites.
Yosausageitome is on my list.
Mount Rushpork is something to behold in person, and on the east coast we have Arcanadianbacondia.
Someday, I even hope to see Rindwoods.
