We got some rain this week – including a day when Choppy and I were somewhat stranded underneath a tree. And by “somewhat,” I mean we were stuck there until I realized it wasn’t going to stop raining anytime soon and we braved the pouring rain to get home. Next time, we check the forecast before we go outside.

A picture from one near a Midnight Mutts picture a few weeks ago. I forget who wanted to know what it looked like now (Alice?), but whoever asked about it, here’s the update to the location in the summer.

Definitely green! (Yup, it was me, asking for a recent photo! Thank you! ). I hope you & Choppy didn’t need to walk too far in the rain….wet shoes feel yukky…flip flops even worse…but I wouldn’t think you’d walk in those. Excellent amount of walks & words!

We got caught in a similar down pour in D.C. as we were wandering through the monunents honoring those who gave their lives in service during the Korean war. It was spectacular! Huge drops! Thunder and lightening! We took refuge under a lovely Greek gazebo with several other tourists. Great adventure and delightful memory!
