Last week was definitely NOT a spring-like week for walks. Thankfully, warmer weather is on the horizon for the end of the week. I’m sure everyone will be thrilled when I stop complaining about our horrible weather!

From me – not that my displeasure at a wet dog stops her when she really wants to take a dip, but I can hope getting in trouble will one day stop her.

I think it’s justified to complain about the weather….but you and Choppy are walking, so that makes it better! Be joyful when the nicer weather arrives!

It does make it easier to deal with the cold and unpleasant weather if you walk. At least I don’t feel all cooped up inside!
And today is supposed to be nice – I’ll believe it when I see it (and will promptly take Choppy out to really enjoy it).

It was a nice morning (well, relatively nice compared to what we’ve been having). I’m hoping for more in the future – that’s a nice place to walk, but it’s a fair distance from home so we need good weather to want to walk there.

It’s wonderful to hear them in the morning! I should remember that it’s easier to see them this time of year, too – I spied two Cooper’s Hawks yesterday. They must have a nest nearby, because I saw one of them again this morning.

Great job on continuing your walks. I think she may be trying to decide how cold that water is and if it is worth the trouble she would get in or not…..or worth the consequence of a bath.

Probably the bath – the cold water doesn’t seem to matter, based on many previous cold dips she has taken!
