I LOVE peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. I *may* have had one of my friends procure me one at Disney World during my bachelorette party for her “child” because I was worried they wouldn’t just sell one to an adult (this happens all the time). In retrospect, I probably could have just gotten it myself and told the person working it was for my “child.”
Howlidays: Peanut Butter & Jelly Day

Oh Choppy, girl… I certainly hope that you got to inhale that sammie after the shoot!

She had the misfortune of having me around to eat it – but she did get some other treats.

I didn’t think I liked peanut butter until I tried the peanut butter stack in the cafe.
Oh yum……………. inches on the tum and bum, and that was just looking!

I think us Americans grow up on it so we almost all love it – though not its calorie-packing punch.

Yeah. those stacks were really packing one!

I love pb&j. I layer it on extra thickly, yum! I’ve probably eaten more of them in my life than any other sandwich. 😉

I most definitely have eaten more of them – my love of them is well-known among friends and family. Good to hear I am not the only adult who still loves them!

I love peanut paste and jam sandwiches. When I was an intern working in a surgical rotation we had free bread, butter, peanut paste and different jams in the doctors’ lounge. I had a big sandwich between patients. It was so good.

I still eat so many of them – I really enjoy them.

I’m a big fan of PB sandwiches. Heaven help any adult who gave me grief about eating them. 😈

I still eat them regularly – so tasty!

I love peanut butter – not so much with jam/jelly, but honey or banana is good in a sandwich. I also eat it with tomato which one friend finds weird but seems fine to me.
Choppy is doing a sterling job as usual.

Well, tomato is a fruit, right?

Great restraint and balancing there Choppy. You know, I’m not sure I have ever had a PB&J. We always had peanut butter and banana, not jelly, sandwiches when I was growing up. Tippy is such a big fan of peanut butter, I’m sure that sandwich would have been gone before I could take even a blurry picture. LOL

I grew up on them – and never outgrew them.

My Mom for years made me a cream cheese and strawberry jam sandwich while making my brothers their PB & J sandwiches for school. She said I would get to whining and protesting about not wanting to try them, so she assumed I was allergic to peanuts. Finally, my teacher asst. (1999-08) liked making buckeye balls and swirling peanut butter into brownies. OMG, I loved them! No rashes nor throwing up. She created a PB monster!
Great balancing job, Choppy girl. 💗

I’m glad she is – or we would have had a big mess of broken plate!

Agree. I think the pressure on Choppy is real as she is expected not to break anything. I wonder what goes on in her woofy mind about us humans seeing her balancing these items. Do you show her the posts? I know woofies see things in black and white and I just wondered if she has ever seen your blog site and if she exhibits any reaction ha ha

that sandwich would be gone before it reached the plate in my house. There is no 3 seconds rule. my dog inhales EVERYTHING faster than I can blink!

I think that is the case with most dogs – Choppy is an exception!

Sometimes, the classic PB & J is the best item on the “menu!” (That goes for adults as well as “children”…)
