The weather here has turned frigid – I forsee some treadmill walks in our future.

We haven’t made it above freezing for almost a week, so I understand. It was 10 degrees out when I left the house earlier, and I can’t imagine walking any distance in that weather! It was also slick from the snow, and re-freezing any friction melt. The treadmill doesn’t sound too exciting. Good job sticking to your commitment!

At this point, 10 degrees would be wonderful – this morning, it was -9 degrees. Definitely a treadmill kind of a day!

It’s even worse now – that picture is from a downright balmy day compared to what we’re getting now. I think we’re getting a lot of treadmill walks for a few weeks now (unfortunately).

Our days haven’t been too cold yet, but they are coming this weekend. Still, not as cold as you get, but too cold to be out much. I think 7 on Monday morning.

Ugh – single digits are as low as I will tolerate for outside walks, and even then, it’s cold. Anything with a minus sign sends us inside to the treadmill.

Thanks! There have been a couple days in there where things got iffy, but we’re still going strong. Our walks have been a real positive change in our lives – and one I can’t imagine living without now.

We’re supposed to have warmer weather this weekend (not actually warm, just relatively warmer). I am so looking forward to getting in some nice, outside walks.
