My best friend who is a tiny little blond that weighs about 100 pounds soaking wet can eat peppers NO one can eat due to their hotness. When we go to Thai restaurants she’ll say “ignore the skin tone, make it BURN”. They’re always amazed that “Thai Hot” is barely hot enough for her and I’ve seen more than one Thai cook come out of the kitchen to watch her enjoy the dish and applaud.
Of course, this leads to one of her better half’s friends going “is this pepper hot?”while eating at their house at which point Steph will do “oh no!” and eats one like an apple after which the victim bites into it and their head explodes. It never gets old.

I’m always impressed by people who can eat peppers like that! I can hardly chop jalapenos without feeling the burn in my throat. Anything hotter than that, I have to avoid!
