Oh, Schooner – hearts are not meant to be eaten.

Yep, Schooner, you do not surprise me at all, you Heart -Eater you! 😀
And Choppy, I think you’re supposed to wear your heart on your sleeve, not your head! 😀

Give the poor Schooner something to eat. You can tell he is starving to death by how he is attacking paper. 😉 Choppy’s balancing abilities never ceases to amaze me.

I remember in Brazilian restaurants chicken hearts are very popular.

They ate lots of stuff like this in China and Japan. I generally tried to avoid it when I lived in both places.

Well, then what do they mean when they say, “Eat my heart out?” ;-D
Schooner probably eats chicken hearts all the time. 😉

I’m sure I’ve eaten them before while overseas. Perhaps I should have stated “paper hearts” – especially when they come back up for a second viewing!

Wouldn’t bacon be better Schooner?

It certainly would, at least in his mind. But he will take what he can get to chew on!

Maybe that is Schooners way to show his affection. 😉 Here in Germany we sometimes say “Ich hab dich zum Fressen gern!” (I like you to eat) if we love somebody. 😉

We have a similar saying – “I could just eat you up!” Usually, it’s in relation to cute little kids doing cute things.
