The butterflies are out en masse around here some days. We saw this one on one of our morning walks.

We have two “Butterfly Bush” plants in our front garden and, at this time of you, it is a very busy place! Presumably they are fueling up ready for their long trek south. It is wonderful to just sit and watch them.

We often do! Sit on the front porch with a drink, and watch the butterflies! Retirement is wonderful. 🙂
