That’s not even a season – that’s a week-to-week difference! I don’t think the snow is melting any time soon – we’re going to be well into February before it’s above freezing again, if the weather forecast is anything to believe (it usually isn’t around here. In this situation, that’s maybe a good thing).

I hear you. It’s even cold here, although we’re in a defrost today in the high 60s BUT yesterday there was snow on the mountain tops all day and freeze warnings for plants and animals last two nights. Uncommon in these parts.

Thanks! I only wish it was still the picture from last week out there. It was nice to have those easy, non-snowy walks. We did 2.1 miles this morning, and I could feel the effort of lifting those boots by the end of it!

The weather has been wild. Glad you were able to enjoy the warmer weather while it lasted. Hope you can still manage to get out some in the cold, snowy Feburary.

We’ll be out! It’s going to be chilly for the next week, but not as bad as it has been this winter. I just keep telling myself that once we get through mid-February, we’ve passed the point where we get the truly frigid days.
