Having at least as much idea as I can of how much any dog owner (something we have in common) loves their best friend, I just had to send you the link to this news article, so you could see exactly how crazy the Province I live in has gotten with this current drug crisis, not just for people, but for our four-legged friends as well. Tell Choppy not to worry, the story has a Merry Christmas-type ending (thank goodness).

It’s not just a problem there, it’s a problem here as well. I’m glad the pup turned out OK and the people taking care of it were able to figure out the potential problem before it got worse!

Yeah, I’m hoping we can get a handle on the whole problem soon, for everyone’s sake. We’ve already lost way too many. Hopefully the New Year will bring something better.

Got a head start, but who’s counting? I have plans after Christmas day for veg recipes aka speed food, and have an extra day of sorts before weigh in on Wednesday rather than Tuesday. Following week though I only have 6……… gulp! Enjoy!
