What??? No bacon??? Bacon sandwiches are delish 🙂 Maybe they had too much bacon cake, could that be possible?

There is never too much bacon. These two are highly disappointed in the lack of it for Sandwich Day (though the did get some that night, so it wasn’t a totally wasted day).

Can you imagine them all on the launch pad in a space shuttle, everyone at the ready, 5. 4. 3. 2, 1. munch! and the rockets fire and as they leave the earth’s atmosphere they enjoy the best sandwich of their lives.

Bánh mì is a Vietnamese sandwich. They are really nice. It often contains coriander, cucumber, and pickled carrots and daikon, cold cuts, pàté, a special mayonnaise, and head cheese which is like a terrine of meat jelly from the head of a pig. Sounds ghastly but it’s amazingly delicious. Your mouth feels fresh and alive while eating it.

My daughter & husband have a pig raised by a friend, they make head cheese! the pork is incredible! I have Vietnamese friends who make amazing food!
