This morning (technically Day 179, because we’re a day ahead of the blog in real life walks), we woke up to a very frosty morning. No snow yet, but I am guessing it’s only a matter of time before we wake up one morning to a winter scene.

Unfortunately! I think I will soon be missing our warm weather walks a lot.

She was very confused because I kept making her move around in a place she doesn’t normally sit. I was trying to get a picture of her with a picture, but she had no idea what I wanted. I gave up fairly quickly!

Stunning portrait of Choppy 🙂
I read someone’s blog today – full of first snowfall photos!

Oh no! That’s headed our way! It can hold off for now as far as I am concerned.

In Choppy’s calendar, perhaps today is the International Day of Most Innocent Faces!

Snow is much more fun than just cold. Hang in there.

At least the first snow – after a while, I will just get tired of trekking through it!

We tend to have forever snow. Or at least four month snow, which feels like forever.

fourmonth… forever…same thing.

Choppy looks like she’s saying that a little snow won’t bother her! Currently, we have 3 inches of that white stuff on the ground and it ain’t over yet. What a surprise I didn’t see coming. They (those wicked weather forecasters) predicted an inch followed by rain. Not happening. Fingers crossed all the trees with leaves still on won’t snap under the weight and the power stays on.
