Where did they get 13 inches? I didn’t hear that – but I am guessing it wasn’t us. We just had a few inches. A lot, but nothing too bad!

Chippewa County, WI got 5-9 inches. It was Waseca MN that got 13″ on 9/22.

That’s up north – on the way from here to Minneapolis. So a fair distance from us, though we did get a lot more rain than normal.
