Day 115 was the first day in a long time where I had to break out a jacket for our morning walk – it is closer to fall than I think it is.
Walk One:
Date: August 22, 2016
Location: Home
Length: 1.3 Miles
Who: Sarah & Choppy
Walk Two:
Date: August 22, 2016
Location: Home
Length: 1.3 Miles
Who: Sarah, Paul & Choppy
LUV U CHOPPY!! BTW: what’s the story behind her name?

It’s actually “Tchoupitoulas” after a street in New Orleans – I got her right after returning from a Mardi Gras trip to celebrate my 30th birthday. “Choppy” is just a lot easier to say and spell!

Chilly in the Pacific NW in the mornings also, but heading to the 90’s this afternoon. Summer is almost over , and jackets are de riguer for morning walks again. I’m just hoping to get some more tomatoes before the warm weather disappears completely.

I’ll take the morning jacket weather over the 90’s any day!
