The weather has turned just perfect for walking – though as you’ll see below, instead of a picture from our walk on Day 89, there is a story. It involves Schooner and a look behind-the-scenes at our picture taking sessions.
Date: July 27, 2016
Location: Home
Length: 1.3 Miles
Who: Sarah & Choppy
This toy mouse belongs to Schooner. In the mornings, when I usually take the pictures of Choppy and Schooner, I use a toy to get Schooner’s attention (no toy needed for Choppy, because dogs are awesome and pay attention to their humans). I put the toy in my shirt until it is needed, so I can conveniently access it. Yesterday, I was going to use this mouse to get Schooner’s attention during our photo shoot, but when I went to pull it from my shirt, it was gone. I assumed it had fallen out at some point and was lying on the ground. About 4:30 yesterday, while at work, I felt something in my shirt. Turns out? Schooner’s toy had been in my shirt all day long while I was at work.
It’s the universe’s way of keeping me from taking myself too seriously (because anyone who posts pictures of her dog online is definitely always serious).
I think it was especially funny to me, because I don’t! I never have anything in pockets or the like. Maybe that’s why I didn’t feel it – I just assumed it was clothing, rather than something I put there.
LOLOL How many pockets in your shirt Sarah? 😄

Aha! So cute!
It is not too big and that was why you didn’t feel it.

That was definitely part of it – still, I would have thought at some point during the day it would have moved and I would have felt it!

Not a statement I thought I would hear about myself!

LOL, I am not asking where it was exactly located Sarah – that would be too personal! 🙂

It’s the Internet – is anything too personal on here?

I’m picturing Paul giving you a hug. He’d feel that mousey 🐭 & say: WHAT?? 😹😹😶

He didn’t feel it earlier in the day when he did! It was yet another reason it should have been discovered earlier.

Thankfully, I didn’t see any clients or anything that day – I would have been quite embarrassed!

Only after the fact! Which doesn’t actually make it any better! 🙂

So glad to hear you’re keeping it classy.

All class all the time here. As is obvious by the outfits sported by Choppy.

I do that all the time. I have to make sure I do a thorough search before putting things in the washing machine to avoid further problems.

Glad to see it wasn’t a simple case of polymastia (accessory breast.) That would have certainly turned an eye or two!
