Today is Red Shoe Day – a day to remember people lost to ‘invisible’ illnesses. I know these are near to the hearts of many in the blogging community, so here are Choppy and Schooner (sort of) in their red shoes!

I don’t own any red shoes but I think it’s a wonderful thought. Choppy looks adorable in those red heels. Such good sports, both of them.

She hurt her paw a few days ago – otherwise I would have made her stand up in them. She got a reprieve on this one!

She seems OK – just a little limping when we get on softer ground. It seems much better than it did earlier in the week.

It might be/have been – I can’t really tell or see what it is. She was fine this morning on our walk, so hopefully whatever it was has stopped hurting.
