If you’re looking for today’s answer to Friday’s “Where’s Choppy?” post, it’s here.

Today is Sunglasses Day – Choppy is celebrating (and Schooner is sort of celebrating).

I failed to post Day 56 of the Dog Walk Challenge yesterday – blame it on travel. On the plus side, the travel means you’re going to get some photos of places that are most definitely not Wisconsin over the next few days! (It also means I won’t be in the comments as much as normal).

Day 56: There are no pictures of the morning walk, as I took it before the sun came up. In the afternoon, we were seeing some of the sights in Richmond. This statue is outside the State Capital Building.

Richmond is also the burying place of two U.S. Presidents (James Monroe and John Tyler) and the only President of the Confederate States (Jefferson Davis). There are also numerous graves with loyal dogs watching over their people. I took pictures of the dogs.

Day Two: A morning walk before we hit the road. There were many, many geese. I felt like I was at home.

And turtles! This was after I had scared most of them off.
