All day long on Day 53, it looked like it was going to rain. We made it home from the second walk with only a few minutes to spare before the skies opened up – I had thought about taking a longer walk, but it seems I made the right choice!

I couldn’t resist a picture of him in that position – it’s not one we usually see him in (the usual is him going nuts. Very little rest is had by that kitten).

It’s tough. Choppy goes to work and sleeps, Schooner stays at home and keeps the couch warm.

Probably! I am supposed to get a camera for the house so I can keep an eye on them while we are out. I am somewhat excited and somewhat terrified to see what the cat died during the day.

He is – because most of the time, he is not a couch potato. Though he seems to think some of the furniture is a potato…or at least edible.
