Summer is in full swing – which is easy to tell when you see how exhausted Choppy is when she arrives home. Or me, to be clear. But I don’t have the excuse of wearing a fur coat, like Choppy does.
Date: June 19, 2016
Location: Home
Length: 1.3 Miles
Who: Sarah & Choppy
This is actually another picture from Day 50, but I forgot to include it, so it’s going up now. This is the moon rising. Our normal morning walk has been interrupted by road construction during the week, so we’re forced to stick in town. It’s just not as pretty – but I think Day 52 we may hit the river, so that should add something to look at.
You are an example for people to follow. You get to have quality time with Choppy while achieving some exercise (an essential component of living a healthy lifestyle.)
This is a HUGE key to success. Finding something that works for the INDIVIDUAL is something a coach or health care provider can’t do. Each of us can find something we are willing to participate in for our own benefit if we apply a little creativity and use some common sense to create a reasonable approach. Believe it or not, helping people find self value and worth is a difficult task. When people think about their behavior, they don’t realize how little they value themselves and their quality of living.
Choppy….you are hot…your tongue 👅 couldn’t be further out of your mouth! Tell Sarah to take a washcloth or towel & wet your head when you come home! Cooling! & lay infront of a fan, if you don’t have ac.
Just keep going no matter what. You guys are doing great.

I don’t know about looks, but I certainly feel good! And that’s what matters!

And I am someone who hates “exercise” – I’ve just found something that I enjoy, so it doesn’t even seem like something unpleasant!

Nice to walk in the moonlight 🙂

It is – though I have to say, the sun was still mostly up at the time, so it wasn’t truly a moonlight walk!

When the tongue looks like a giant slice of baloney, that means a fun time was had by all!
Love and licks,
