I would be up for that! Perhaps some New Zealand skiing. Or just looking at some snow on mountains from a beach. That latter ones sounds quite appealing, actually.

Yep, I’m happy to look at snow from somewhere warm too 😃 Especially if it’s from the surf and I’m body surfing down the face of a wave.

The good thing is I don’t have to be Greek to join the Hellenic club. I’ve been adopted into being Greek by a very close Greek friend and mentor so I figure I’d get in anyway, especially because I love slow roasted lamb 😆
