They are a dead giveaway – probably what the squirrels notice as well, before they escape (of course, that could also be the crashing through the bushes that precedes Choppy outside).

I seem to be having a problem of late with spelling—eye vs eye’s. Must be Christmas fatigue. By the way, loved you pointing out my Poll vs Pole faux pas in my recent post. So I went back and included your observation in that paragraph. Too funny. 😀
