Travels with Choppy 
I love Choppy’s close-up; such a sweet face.
And wow! Kitty!! See what happens when I am not around so much.
And I love how kitty is puffing herself up to look as big as possible! Yeah, like that works! 🙂

Kitty is still very new – not even two weeks into her time at our house (and this is today – not last week!). And there is still much puffing up as they get to know each other – though it is not happening that much any more.

Well I think Choppy is being very accommodating. There is No Way my dog LM would ever allow a kitten in our house.

Paul got himself a cat about two weeks ago (a week ago in those pics). He remains nameless, though I am preparing him for a life of clothing.

We had a cat/dog cohabitation situation once. When our dog, Airabella, wondered into the room with urinal cake breath, I knew she’d been dining on “kitty crunchies” again.

This cracked me up. So far, no kitty crunchies here, but I don’t think that will last. Choppy has previously dined on this…gourmet…meal.

I love the contrast between Choppy’s happy ‘up-tail’ and kitty’s not-so-happy ‘down-tail!’ Watch out, Choppy, remember Sassy’s famous line… “Cats rule, and dogs drool.” 😉

Oh, she’s felt the ire of the cat a couple times (in addition to that of my parents’ cats over the years) – she is trying to hang on to her position as boss, but it’s painful!

Such a pretty dog! I showed my husband Choppy’s picture (our dog Molly could be her twin) and he said, “Oh my God! That’s our dog!” LOL! I guess I’d never shown him Choppy’s blog before. 😉

They really do look alike!
I always think it’s funny when I show my husband a blog assuming he knows all about it, and I haven’t ever showed him before. It’s odd, because I feel like I have all these friends who he never meets or knows about.
