Another week here is in the books (or soon to be in the books). Also, keep an eye out later today for a ‘Where’s Choppy?’ post – I promise it won’t be anywhere near as difficult as the turkey from last week!
At my parents’ house, and Choppy is once again sneaking into a room where she is not allowed.Rosie the Office Dog had eye surgery, and now she suffers the Cone of Shame. We didn’t even make it to work earlier this week before Choppy decided she needed a nap in the car. This is on the river behind our house. We haven’t had much rain lately, so the river level is down a bit. Usually, all that black soil is covered by water. It’s not all sleeping around here. Sometimes it’s sitting around in the car with a dumb look on one’s face (note: I’m talking about me. Not Choppy).
I love how Choppy is trying to compose herself from laughing at your dumb look!

It’s a move she has a lot of practice with, I’m sorry to say.

She is – I don’t think she even notices the cone, and it should be off this week.

She is a sweet looking dog, Sarah! She definitely smiles for the camera! 🙂

She does! Then again, she has years of practice (not to mention having more photos taken of her than a typical model!).

Choppy was born to be a model. 🙂 Good to hear that! No more cone for Rosie 😉
