I have excuses – lots of them – about the lack of daily updates to the blog. But you don’t have any desire to hear them (not going to stop me, as the rest of this post attests to).

Suffice to say, a major project I have been working on is officially done for now (the aforementioned writing project, which is a book on our travels, is done with yet another round of editing!). This means I will hopefully be here a lot more again. Unless, of course, someone offers me a huge book deal, in which case I will be on the beach a lot more. And my updates from paradise will be quite annoying, I’m sure. I hereby apologize in advance.
