Remembering the now highly endangered video store (or perhaps it’s more of the ivory-billed woodpecker – critically endangered, possibly extinct). I used to love going to the video store – everything from its odd smell to the inevitable fight with my siblings over which movie we were going to rent. And, of course, the inevitable forgetfulness that led to late fees. I am always surprised when I run across a video store, and I feel the need to point it out to whoever is nearby.
Do you know sometimes you see a food that just can’t be real? And that you have to try, even though you don’t even like what you’re making? (And yes, I just admitted that I don’t like pizza). This definitely falls into that category. If he’s reading this, Paul now knows what he is getting for supper sometime this week.
