Something tells me Schooner is perfectly capable of getting out of this particular bag no matter what you would do to keep him in it.

Shelter in place, Schooner!

He would be happy to do that – this was a picture where he was overly-happy to participate.

I reckon Choppy needs to figure out how to use a zipper and find a way to entice Schooner into an overnight bag. Maybe bacon will help if Choppy can sacrifice a rasher for the sake of feline containment.

I think if Choppy could figure out how to get rid of Schooner, she would be happy to give up significant amounts of food!

Hahahaha Love this one! I’m sure Schooner was okay with this picture, if he is like most cats and loves to play in bags and boxes.

This was about as good as it gets for Schooner participation – it was hard to get a picture of him looking out of the bag at all, he was enjoying it so much!

I think Schooner loves his property like “My bag is my castle!” LOL

He does – and he doesn’t want anyone coming near his property!

We always cut the handles on bags we give to our cats to hide/play in. We had a kitty years ago who stuck his head through the handle and then raced all over the house like a loon with the bag stuck on his neck. He terrified himself. We felt terrible (after we stopped laughing). So since then we cut them.

Schooner got his head caught in a bag once when we weren’t home. We only discovered it when we came home and found he had broken the cup inside it (which belonged to my late grandma).

I’m glad you like them! They’re a lot of fun for us to do (well, Choppy and me – I’m not sure Schooner always thinks they’re as much fun as the two of us do).

That reminds me of my eldest daughter aged about 15 walking into the room with a bag and emptying the cat into the sofa…. you have the punchline! I loved this giggle

Cats do love their bags (and all their other dark, small hiding places). I’m pretty sure you could put Schooner in the bag and carry him around for hours without him making so much as a peep!

Schooner seems to feel himself quite comfortable in his bag. 😉
