Today’s wildlife is from The National Mississippi River Museum & Aquarium. Paul and I visited the museum two weeks ago while we were in Dubuque, Iowa. If ever you find yourself in Dubuque, I highly recommend stopping in. While you’re there, you can see these little buffleheads, who are much less skittish than their wild cousins.

They are pretty small – do you have mallards? I’d say they are about half the size of mallards.
