It was a most excellent trip. I really need to win the lottery so I can just go places and never have to come home to work. I can just come home to collect checks and have someone else do my laundry.

It was a nice change from our walks at home – though I will take the cooler Wisconsin temperatures this time of year. I don’t think I was made for that much heat and humidity (though I could probably try getting used to it).

I always feel bad for Choppy in the heat – that fur coat can’t be comfortable. At least she missed the North Carolina weather in favor of the much more pleasant Wisconsin weather.
