Day 10 dawned quite rainy and dreary – but we still walked! Not only that, but we walked twice, despite the rain!
Walk One:
Date: May 10, 2016
Location: Home
Length: 1.3 Miles
Who: Sarah & Choppy
Walk Two:
Date: May 10, 2016
Location: Home
Length: 2.1 Miles
Who: Sarah & Choppy
(From Walk One) Not pictured: The passing dump trucks splashing all the water in the puddles back up at us. One of us probably enjoyed that more than the other.(From Walk One) Look who is in the front window ready to welcome us (read: Choppy) home!(From Walk Two) This walk was all about the bunnies. There’s one hiding in this pic – but not from Choppy, who definitely saw it.(Walk Number Two) Almost a ‘Wheres Choppy?’ post, but not quite.(Walk Number Two) There are two bunnies in this picture. Choppy does not appear to see either of them.
Thanks! And it is funny how they don’t see them. Choppy definitely either has to smell them or see them move. If they are still and she can’t smell them, they don’t exist to her!
I’m with Choppy on this – What bunnies?? 🙂
But it’s great to keep walking. Most dogs don’t mind it. And if you grew up in UK as I did, if you never went out when it rained – you’d never go out at all! 🙂
As for the rain, around here, you can easily get away with only walking in the sun and under overcast skies. It’s a rare day where the rain doesn’t stop for at least a few minutes!
It’s supposed to rain for us today but nope. Maybe I’ll give my poodle for a walk, I think she’s been trying to give me clues that she wants that, especially since we’ve been having constant visits by some squirrels lately.
Great challenge btw
You know, you keep talking about these bunnies…and I, like Choppy in this pic, haven’t seen hide nor (*ahem*) hare of them. ;-).

Ha! They are all over – if, like me, you know where (w-hare) to look!

It’s funny how the dogs sometimes miss the bunnies, but they do. Nice porch and front window.

Wow! That is amazing. When it does decide to rain here, it can go virtually non-stop for days on end.

Thanks! Did you get out for the walk? (I am a bit behind on comments.)

No not really. We did walk around our little block to say hi to the other dogs though. (So am I 😉

Choppy has discernible taste. Only the best bunnies attract her attention! 🙂

I’m disappointed I don’t see the bunnies. I love it that you walk rain or shine.

Well, it’s part of the challenge – I’m just glad I didn’t do it over the winter, or I’d have to deal with the snow as well!

Great that you walk rain or shine. You’re doing great. Tippy doesn’t always see bunnies either, but when she does. ….
