This one would have been more appropriate outdoors, but as Schooner is not allowed out there, we had to do it inside. When I start having bad luck, I’m blaming these two.

The pretty umbrellas and cute pets made a great April showers and Umbrella post. 🙂

He gets a lot of blame around here – and usually it is well-deserved!

When it comes to some of the more obscure letters of the alphabet, I see a lot of duplication of words – but very little in the content itself!

Good choice for “U”. I love the picture where they’re almost completely covered by the umbrellas and you just see a little of them peaking out.

Isn’t it cute? I thought so!

hahaha Love the “blame the cat” comment too. When Tippy was young, she was very afraid of the umbrella. Fortunately, she has grown out of that so that I can use an umbrella, and not just a raincoat, when I take her out in a downpour.

I’m surprised more dogs aren’t afraid of umbrellas! They are rather scary – they go from small to large, sometimes without any seeming effort on the human’s part.

They are adorable. .. ok, yes. Even the cat.

It’s sometimes tough to admit it. I have difficulties with it.

It’s definitely a good one! (Choppy would say any picture with her in it is a good one)

Is Schooner chomping on the umbrella in the last one? Typical! And I’ve only just noticed recently just how white his tail tip is – cute 🙂

Yup – he chews on all sorts of unchewable items these days.
And his tail does have a white tip – he came to us with the name “Tipper,” but it didn’t last (obviously). It’s a very cute part of him (don’t tell Choppy I said that).

‘Tipper’ is an awkward name – perhaps it’s just that ‘Schooner’ sounds more comfortable to Aussie ears 😉

We weren’t keen on Tipper, either. Schooner is much better.
