Someone seems to have great eyes – and it is a net (or rather, netting – I think it’s to keep the birds out of something, though it might be a system for bean growing. It’s my dad’s garden, so I’m not entirely sure what is going on with it on any given day).

Ha! That is not something that I ever say these days. The eyes are getting bad up close now, to go with the horrible vision I have had for decades when it comes to seeing long distances (or, as the case is, not seeing).

Yup. And we got another couple inches yesterday (it even re-froze the pond in our backyard). That’s mostly melted now – we’re supposed to be in the 70s by next weekend. Ah, spring in the Upper Midwest.
