Now that the baseball playoffs have begun (yet again without my beloved White Sox), I thought it would be appropriate for this week’s throwback Thursday to have a baseball theme. This week, we head to U.S. Cellular Field, home of the White Sox. Back in September 2012, courtesy of my brother James and sister-in-law Colleen, Choppy and I went to Dog Day at the park – a day for dogs and people to go watch a baseball game.

As Choppy is not always the greatest around other dogs, this may not have been the best plan ever, but it all worked out in the end. Mostly because I spent the whole evening distracting Choppy with treats whenever a dog she didn’t like walked by (which was approximately every three seconds).

Does this look like the face of a dog whose good behavior can be bought? Because it is.
