I don’t think there is a Bacon Month, but there is a Bacon of the Month Club. I think Sarah ought to subscribe and do monthly reviews. Maybe they’ll give a complimentary subscription for her dog-blog?? 😉

Here, in Fredericksburg, we are in peach country, and our season started earlier, around thebeginning of July, I think.
