We had a couple rainy walks this weekend, but otherwise, another beautiful week of walks here in Wisconsin – and we are doing great on the new writing challenge (I put the stats below, even though we haven’t finished the first week). Here is hoping all is well with you. Also, I am hoping to get back to the blog more in the next week!

I’ve missed the word thing…………… is this a new challenge Sarah?

It is – I started last week. I’m working on writing 500 words a day and making it a habit. Right now, I’m doing Camp Nanowrimo, so the word counts are much higher than they will be next week when it is done. I realized that I prioritize all sorts of things over writing, and the writing is something I want to make sure I prioritize. I figure this way, I might actually do it regularly!

Ah. With you. Good for you (this old gasbag posts around 5 items daily as you know!)

I do! You really have a good writing habit down. That’s exactly what I need to develop.

You are very kind, but I think sometimes maybe I get too carried away and flood everyone.

Also, I have a lot more time than you do as I’m retired and so my time is my own, plus there is only Hubby, Maggie and me to worry about. 🙂

Do you choose the subject? How are the words counted? It’s good to challenge ones self with something new.

So far, I’ve just written on the computer on a book I started at the beginning of the month. It makes counting very easy, because the computer tells me how many words!
