I’m not sure what you’re supposed to do when celebrating National Vinegar Month (note: please don’t tell me “clean up with vinegar” – no one wants to celebrate anything by having to clean).

Choppy, you are the epitome of patience! Try pickling some beets with that vinegar!

I can think of many good things to do with some vinegar.

You have to have British Fish and Chips in Newspaper of course! 😀

I think we could definitely make that happen.

Put it on chips not Chops.
(For chips read fries, but fries and chops isn’t as good as chips and Chops 😀 )

I think we might have to use plastic for that attempt – Choppy is good, but I’d still worry that one would be a little tough for her and then we would have a sharp mess!

True. Choppy must be kept safe.

Choppy’s balancing skills get better every time! As for Schooner, I expect his humour is acidic enough already.

Ha! And Choppy really has gotten better at balancing – I will try things now I never would have tried with her a year ago (like a glass bottle of vinegar).

I made a salad yesterday….a little evoo, organic agave, “white balsamic vinegar”, Himalayan salt, organic edamame, vidalia onion, red pepper, black olives, scallions, 2 ears of corn. Scoop onto multigrain Tostitoes.

When Choppy makes a salad, it is bacon. Topped with bacon bits.

A tsp. in water every morning (gag) but so good for your health! 😉

I would probably enjoy that – I love vinegar. I don’t think anyone else would eat the pasta salads I make for myself, as they are mostly a method for getting vinegar into my belly.

Maybe you are supposed to pickle something.

Can you pickle bacon?

Humm? Probably. Not real sure how good it would taste, however. Maybe Choppy should try it.

I’m sure Choppy would think it tastes great – it would involve bacon, after all.
