Choppy and Schooner – I was once on the Atkins diet, and was not only told, but encouraged to spend two weeks ingesting huge quantities of bacon. I happily learned that it helps boost your metabolism and thus promotes weight lose. ENJOY.

Bacon certainly tastes good. If something tastes good, it makes you happy. Happiness is good for mental health. So bacon must be good.

I just looked it up and one of the definitions of nutrition is “food.” Nothing says that it has to be healthy food. So, I see nothing wrong with celebrating nutrition month with your favorite nourishment! In this case, bacon, of course. I might have to celebrate with cheesecake!
