Howlidays: Peanut Butter Day

Peanut Butter Day is definitely one of Choppy’s favorites (and yes, she did get to eat that peanut butter after the shot – I am not sure she ever would have posed for a photo again if I hadn’t given it to her).
Peanut butter is serious business!

Aw Choppy has the sweetest eyes! š
I sometimes use peanut butter to stick a pill to a biscuit if I want LM to eat it whole. š

That’s a good way to do it – thankfully, no pills for Choppy recently, so I haven’t had to figure out how to trick her into eating them.

I’ll bet that had to be a quick picture. Even then, Choppy might have ad trouble getting it, if it stuck to his nose. P.S. I’m giving away free downloads of my book on Bookgrabbr. It can be accessed from my site.

You’re right – I didn’t have that long to snap a picture of her. And I will stop by your blog here shortly!

Oh, Choppy! I didn’t even know this and I had a peanut butter sammie for breakfast today! Of course, I wore some on my nose too but it wasn’t because I was posing for a picture. I was just a sloppy eater. Enjoy, girlfriend. ā¤

It must have been subconscious knowledge that it was a good day for some peanut butter.

I like mine scooped with a spoon and then plunged through Nutella.

Ooh, I bet that would be tasty.

Oh bless her! A well deserved treat.
I don’t like peanut butter, BUT the cafe up the road where can take Maggie does a peanut butter stack cake which is scrumptious and tastes just like peanut brittle toffee on a chocolate cookie. Yum!!

That sounds delicious – and unlike you, I am a big fan of peanut butter (of course, it’s a rare American who didn’t grow up eating the stuff, so I guess it’s to be expected that I love it).

it was totally divine, with calories, cholesterol, fats and sugars off the charts! Yummy or what!!!!!

Well, those are all things which make food taste so, so good – now, if only the things which were good for you tasted the same way…

Oh, yummy! That white & dark chocolate peanut butter, that I wrote about, is awesome!

I found some Reese’s chocolate and peanut butter here! I haven’t tried it yet, but it looks delicious.

Goodness! How did you get it off?

I didn’t really stick in on there very well (I figured it was easier to have Choppy clean it off the floor if it fell than to have me clean it off of Choppy – I just wiped what little was left off of her nose).

I think you are right about her never posing again if she didn’t get to eat is. I didn’t realize it was peanut butter day, but Tippy celebrated anyway – she gets a little bit of peanut butter every day. It is one of her favorite treats. Great job Choppy! Again, you have much more self control that Tippy has ever thought about having.

Tippy and Choppy have a love for peanut butter in common.

Would have loved a picture of Choppy licking that off of her nose, lol.

I should have let her! I ended up just pulling it off for her and putting it in her food dish. Far less exciting.

But still enjoyable for her, Im sure. š

This has got to be easiest balancing act for Choppy! By the way was it organic, Choppy would probably ask, tongue in cheek LOL!

PB is a big favorite around the Ranch. I make pill pocket of it to administer Elsa’s daily medication-she thinks she’s very special (well she is but that’s another story). Well done, Choppy.

Peanut butter and pills seems to be a common dog concoction!
