Thanks to some slightly warmer weather, I was able to snap a few pictures of Choppy while we were on a walk this week. Happy weekend, and good luck finding Choppy!

The weekly instructions and warning:
Choppy is somewhere in the photo below. We will post an answer on Monday so you can see if you are correct in your guess as to her location. In the meantime, if you don’t want to know where she is, do not go look at the comments. They are full of answers. And poor guesses. But mostly answers. The people who comment here are excellent at this game.

I see her in FOUR places. If it’s a side view, then I know which one is really her. If not – I got nuthin’.

It’s difficult to hide in the winter scenes.

You don’t fool me, Choppy.. You is snuggled in the house somewhere, while we stand here in the cold, trying to find you. NOT! I do believe I see you, but Monday will tell the real tail… I mean, tale.

Ha! She is there – it was a pretty warm day that day, so she definitely wanted to get a walk in.

If it’s not Choppy it’s a wild boar

Ha! I hope not – we see enough wild animals on our walks, we don’t need ones that could cause us trouble.

I’ve got it! She’s in the photo! However, if I were to be more specific I should think she’s on the trail over on the right side, right behind tall grass blades 820,168 through 820,922—I needed a microscope to count each blade. It was exhausting let me tell you. Anyway, Happy New Year, Sarah! 😀

I’m glad we have you around to take care of such important but mundane tasks.

Well, you know, I just couldn’t stick my nose up at such a high paying position, not with WordPress and their accounting and science departments offering me one penny for every blade of grass I could count that Choppy was hiding behind in your post’s photo. I made $7.54 and it only took me 14 hours to count em all! I think WordPress was so impressed with my accuracy, that they’ve now offered me another assignment. This time I get to count all the sand specimens in a photo posted on Elmer, the Amateur Arenophile’s blog. Bound to be some big bucks there! 😀

Or even a CD! I’ve just been dying to get my hands on that new Taylor Swift “Reputation” album. 😀

Good call. Much better to put your money in a CD (or even two – or ten. Is Columbia House still around? I hear you can get about 30 for the price of 1 from them).

That’s a steal—especially with my income. I think I’ll invest in cassette tapes—a guy I met in a back alley last night said they were about to make a comeback and that he could get me a sweet deal. 😀

Will he throw in the necessary pencils to wind them back up when the tape comes out?

Good point there, Sarah. I’m marching right back in there (that dark alley I mean) and demand he throw in a box of Ticonderoga #2 lead pencils! God, I hope erasers aren’t optional?

A-ha! There she is, playing camo-girl in the tall grass. She’d probably have better luck if the grass wasn’t so tawny.

It’s going to get worse for hiding before it gets better, I’m afraid.

We will take anything even slightly warmer these days – thankfully, it looks like the frigid cold has broken for the foreseeable future.
