Looks like a plush animal lover does live in that house! Tippy used to think that they were only there to tear apart and get the squeaker out. Since she got her new hedgehog at Christmas, she has been great. The longest any toy has lasted around her. I guess my little girl is growing up.

Choppy is a destroyer of toys – many of these have no squeakers. They last until Choppy completely destroys them. Thankfully, as she gets older, they last longer. Back in her puppy days, the squeakers were out within minutes and the toys didn’t last much longer!

Yes. I know how that is. I bought one toy that was supposed to be extra tough for Tippy. I gave it to her and in less than 5 minutes, it was destroyed. I think I have pictures somewhere. I’ll have to make a post of that sometime.

That’s a lot of furry friends! Maybe the squeaking bothers her ears…I know humans like that.

If it bothers her ears, she certainly doesn’t act like it. Mostly it seems to amp her up and make her want to play.

I had to hide this photo from Wren… didn’t want to make her jealous of Choppy’s abundant toys. 😉 Most of her toys are are unstuffed and squeaker-free. Isn’t that what a new toy is for? However, last Christmas she got a dragon who middle section is made out of rip-stop nylon and while a seam is loosening, it has remained in tact with both squeakers…a world record, I think!
