Thank goodness these two don’t have phones or text messaging. I don’t want to know what they would say to each other. Then again, based on some of the emoji-filled text messages I have seen some people younger than me send, I might not be able to interpret whatever they were sending each other.
Schooner kind of looks like the angry cat emoji in the picture above. I zoomed in so you could get a better view.
Heh, heh. They could be twins.

Right?! I didn’t even notice it until I went to post this, this morning.

Wow. Now they don’t have to have writing any more to express their feelings.

It helps stop the eye strain – no reading required.

I love Schooner, crabby countenance and all.

I think I like him more after seeing the resemblance – he’s not mean, he’s just channeling his inner emojis.

I could live my life happily without emojis. I saw teh trailer for the emoji movie last night and rolled my eyes SO HARD.

There’s an emoji movie? This sounds awful in so many, many ways.

I was snickering since my grandson thinks that emoji means chocolate ice cream!! 🙂 Poor kid, I don’t want to be the one who breaks it to him. . .

Schooner is one good looking boy even with his emoji face 🙂

Perhaps I can get a happy cat emoji face out of him – now that I know he can look like the cat emoji, this could be a fun (/frustrating) task.

I was thinking the same thing about Schooner, before I saw the closeup. I was also thinking back to my weekend. I went to an Early Childhood Development Conference. One of the presenters was really funny and was “acting out” what a child would probably say if they were mad at another child and she used the words “Poopy head.” So true and so funny.

Poopy head is an insult that should get more use. Perhaps Schooner will find a way to throw it in to a Howlidays post sooner rather than later!

Looks like Schooner found his emoji. 😉

I won’t believe that Choppy and Schooner mean their emojis serious. They look so peaceful together, so, as if they would kuddle the next moment. 😉

Schooner might try to cozy up to Choppy, but Choppy never tries to do the same to Schooner.
