Choppy is probably wondering why she has to wear a beard today.

Schooner’s tail could be at risk – if Choppy could hold that axe LOL

She would probably enjoy the chance to chop off that white tip – dog’s revenge.

Choppy looks Awesome! And I love the scale of the Blue Ox 🙂

I ordered it online – I had no idea how big it was going to be when I got it. I suppose I could have looked up the dimensions before ordering, but that would have ruined the size surprise!

That’s a “are you for real??” look from Schooner 🙂

It’s a look I get a lot – and often not in relation to my desire for him to pose for a picture!

Have her ‘chop’ me some fire wood! damn I crack myself up! 😀

It cracks us up as well – we never object to something punny!

Choppy might be wondering if you’ll take off the beard before dinner, so she won’t get hair in her food. 😝 All those yummy treats have made Schooner ‘bigger than an ox.”

I don’t know – she probably wouldn’t care about the beard, so long as the food was good!

I remember the giant Paul Bunion statue at the Redwood Forest in California in the 60’s. My brother, who was about 4, pointed up shouting “Tall Onion! Tall Onion!” Great look Choppy.

That’s funny!
There seem to be Paul Bunyan statues all over the country – the one I grew up with was in Minnesota.

Haha, so cute. Schooner’s look is threatening, ‘Don’t you dare try that on me!’

Both Choppy and I know that look well and try to avoid it!

Not all the time! I sometimes get lucky and snap them at a good moment!

I remember visiting where Paul Bunyan is in MN as a family when I was a kid and he would say my name and my sister’s names as we approached. How did he know our names?! 🙂
(I do know now)

Ah, Bemidji! I have been there several times!

The beard is a nice touch, Schooner looks incredulous that you let Choppy near an ax even a plastic one.

I’m sure even the plastic one could hurt, if Choppy could ever figure out how to pick it up and properly wield it.

I don’t think it’s the most common holiday ever!

This is so funny…I think Schooner can’t believe Choppy is wearing a beard. !!! That look !!!

Choppy looks surprisingly good in the beard – much better than most ladies would look wearing one.

I love the white tailtipp of Schooner – and yes, the axe is dangerous. 😉

I think it’s adorable – probably the cutest thing about him!

Cute. Choppy makes a great Paulette Bunyan. I think I would keep Schooner away from the axe. She has enough sharp things to do damage with already.

Plus, the ones she already has are much more convenient to wield. Who knows where that ax would end up in his hands.
