He had ignored that part of his tree, except as a step to the window sill until last week – now, he loves curling up there. I have no idea what inspired the sudden change/discovery.
Sometimes I think that – and then sometimes he decides to attack me for seemingly no reason, and I learn not to get too confident in my thoughts on this!
Look at Schooner’s tail tip! 😁 Seems you didn’t feel the need to talk & wake him. ….

Either that, or he was being cat-like and ignoring me entirely.

I would not disturb him, who knows how he would react! 🙂

I know how he would react – badly! It is a good reason to leave him alone!

I think he now looks forward to you taking the photos:)

Schooner’s a rock star even when he’s napping.

Sleeping cats look so peaceful. ♥

They do – as long as you don’t try to wake them up!

I thought the saying was, “Let sleeping DOGS lie.” Perhaps whoever said that did not have a Schooner in their life. 😉

I’m glad you were the one to say that. I’m terrified of cats, awake or asleep! 😉

Aw, that’s so cute, all curled up in his nest. Love the white tail tip!

I think the tail tip is the cutest thing about the picture – just a little unexpected.

That is a super cute pic of Schooner all curled up and comfy. It looks like he just fits 🙂 Got to say he really likes his cat tree.!

If you had asked me before I saw him in this, I would have told you he couldn’t fit!

Cats can curl up in the smallest places and then go to sleep, can’t they? Definitely more flexible that I’ll ever be.

I think he might take after me – I am notorious for being able to sleep anywhere, curled up and just happily snoozing in a place where I hardly fit.
